Audit Preparation Package

The perfect accompaniment to our Client Services Agreement (CSA) and our Employee Handbook to ensure you are ready for any policy/procedure and documentation audit. In this package you will find more specific policies and procedures for your organization related to supervision practices, client medical records, parent/caregiver policies and procedures such as patient rights and responsibilities, grievance procedures, and more. Finally, as you may be in need of ensuring your client documentation is in order, this package also provides you with session note samples, report templates, and mock client data.

Please Note: All documents contained within this package are templates and will need to be customized and branded for your organization prior to submitting to a payer for an audit. ABB offers customization as well, and this may be purchased separately, in the form of consultation hours.

Additionally, in preparing to submit a documentation/policy audit, you will also likely need to submit your Client Services Agreement and Employee Handbook, which are separate from the Audit Preparation Package here, but are also available for purchase in our store.
